We liked both our assistant Q & our DDS today. They were both extremely friendly & knowledgeable & worked great with our daughter! It was an overall great experience! And very easy! Thanks guys!!!

My child has been coming to this practice for years, and the front desk receptionist is a massive liability to this office. (the one with the short dark hair) Every single interaction my child has had with her growing up has been entirely negative. This woman spent years constantly shaming, judging, and talking down to them during appointments, to the point where we stopped coming to this dentist altogether. Out of the blue, she called us claiming my child needed to come back in because they just turned 18. She explicitly told me to bring them in for an appointment. Yet, when we arrived, she loudly and rudely questioned why my child was there in front of the entire waiting room, acting completely confused and judging them for showing up to an appointment she insisted on. She has absolutely zero respect for patient privacy. She regularly broadcasts personal and medical information loudly across the room in a demeaning tone. A children's office should be a welcoming, safe environment, but her toxic attitude makes it completely hostile. We had a wonderful experience at Kids Choice Dental. Rae is so good with kids and made the check in process super smooth. Everyone was so friendly that my granddaughter fear’s went away pretty quick. Thank you.

Understaffed, half the time you walk in there’s no one there. Especially on surgery days you’re waiting 15, 20 minutes at 5/6AM to speak with someone along with several other families and all there is, is just two iPads that don’t get the job done . Which is so tacky because they’re constantly reiterating through text reminders, their strict scheduling/cancellation policy. They text and call you A LOT. They outsource their coordination overseas. With the money they’re saving on staff, you would think they would at least make the place more kid friendly but it’s not. Besides the light projector thing, and a TV. There’s nothing kid friendly about the place. No books, toys, etc. I understand after Covid, waiting rooms have changed but there’s not even pictures on the walls or anything to keep kids occupied in the waiting room. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. It just sits on top of the toilet. They put the kids reward toys in a sad pile just under some random basket upside down by the front desk. No effort or anything! Additionally, other reviews say they had a friendly dentist which wasn’t the case for me. I don’t feel like our dentist had really good bedside manner for children

My daughter had dental fillings done today, and the care from the doctor and Miss Plush, the dental assistant, was incredible. We’re very happy with the attention and patience the entire team showed us. I 100% recommend them!
